I cannot say enough about how wonderful Moises was from the very beginning. We chose him due to his level of detail in going over the building before giving us the quote, his manner and model really fit for what we were looking for for our condominium exterior. He communicated amazingly when they were coming and any questions. His CREW was fantastic. They worked together, chatted, they exuded upbeat hardworking happiness and genuine care and pride in their work. We feel so fortunate to have come upon M&L and have them fix up our place (and ALL the carpentry needed, it was awful!) we are now buttoned up for the winter and many years to come. Moises from M&L recently surveyed my closet and provided me with an estimate. While I didn't proceed with the project at this time, I was genuinely impressed by Moises' professionalism and the detailed estimate he provided. Moises and his whole crew were great and helped us with a variety of projects in our new home including building a staircase off our deck, refinishing a wall in our basement, and painting our kitchen island. We could not be happier with the entire experience working with Moises and his team on our basement renovation project. We ran into issues with our old contractor who left the job incomplete and we were in need of a new contractor who would be able to finish the job and Moises did not disappoint. Moises  came right out to give us a quote and was able to start as soon as we were ready. Him and his team were incredible and super knowledgeable. They helped place every order for the materials needed from floor, stairs, paint, doors and tiles. Moises answered every question I had and would make reasonable recommendations for any idea I threw at him. He was very responsive and answered texts right away, kept us informed on the status of the project. Our basement looks and feels like a brand new home and we really couldn’t be happier.
